Love the product but didn’t get many hits! Would buy again.

I hope best buy goes out of business. they have these dumb “drops” events & then treat the product like garbage and ship it in a bubble mailer so it arrives smashed and damaged. I’m going to return this. I hate best buy so much. They wouldn’t even allow a store pickup option for this “drops” purchase because they wanted to waste my time carelessly shipping a collectible item in cheap bubble mailer instead of a box. Whoever created this policy to ship collectibles in bubble mailers should be fired for being brain dead.

Absolutely disappointed. Was able to buy a box of Surging Sparks, received the package in 3 days. When it arrived, bottom of the box was ripped open, all packs opened and thrown back in the box and retapped up. Best Buy needs to be more discrete with their packaging.

Ordered two booster packages for delivery at home. Best Buy no longer uses a box, they use a brown padded envelope. One item arrived crushed and open on corner, meaning no collectibility. Contact to Client Services offered return by client to UPS site or 3 dollar credit. So Best Buy wasted 35 minutes to abuse client further all to save 50-60 cents in ahipping costs initially. Beware if purchasing item for collecting and saving item.

Long time to get and package was ripped didn’t look new.

It’s alright expansion it’s pull rates aren’t that good wont be buying again

They dont give you the promos the online order says your supposed to get

This was by far the worst experience ever! I got my package and it was empty! Best buy offered to resend it but it would take another week to get it and the refund would take the same amount of time it just all around sucked butt

i ordered before the release and never got noitifed only a delay which makes 0 sense meanwhile gamestop had them

All the packs inside were not sealed. Feel like the packs were tampered with before they were shipped.
