It's a booster pack for Chilling Reign with 10 cards and a code card. Best Buy has good price that is not marked up on booster packs and are readily available. You just need to ask the cashier for them and they have a variety of series to choose from. In contrast, Pokemon cards are nowhere to be found at Target.
