Its great to see them available and not sold out. Sometimes the kids just want to open a few packs here and there. Still new stuff sells out but its getting better. Overall the set was not that great but its positive to see it available more so.

Some of my packs appeared tampered or resealed but I pulled full art rainbows out of packs I suspected resealed so I believe its likely quality control. I opened 10 packs and got no hits and opened 10 packs another day and got 7 good hits, its really just random luck.

The Pokemon cards are used as recognition of his outstanding participation and retention of weather terms.
