The clear retail packaging was ripped as a adult collector this will most likely be given away as I like to display these in near mint condition.

Got Skunked on this Box

I got absolutely skunked on this box. For reference I purchased other new boxes from target and have had decent pulls.

When arrived, all the packs have been opened with all the valuable cards taken. This should not have been listed as "open-box".
