Box was damaged on arrival, but still what I wanted nonetheless

I feel like the hits arent as good as other products

BestBuy sent this item in a bubble mailer alone. It arrived damaged and in a poor condition so I chatted w/Customer Service who said I could return it for a refund. I had the item shipped out for return but a few weeks later, I got the item back stating that it is a non-returnable item. So now I have a damaged item in poor condition and lost approximately $28 in the process. Do not buy unless buying with other items so they do not ship out in just a bubble mailer.

If you stopped allowing bots to take all the product, maybe I'd buy from BestBuy more. Doesn't make sense that I can add an item to my cart and be sold out by the time I hit "place order." over 20 times in the last 6 weeks.

I got shipped an empty box. I was disappointed because i was really looking forward to opening up these packs. I contacted a bestbuy supportive regarding a refund and while they were accommodating, i dont see a refund process being initiated via email. Very disappointed, this is the first time this happened to me in best buy out of all places that i trust

trying to use the app for the drop on this was an horrible experience . every single day this week was impossible to get anything in the cart or to even get thru the line before it was sold out .

I tried all week to get a chance to buy one of these items in the drop. I finally got one and they lost it in the mail.. now im waiting a month for bestbuy to figure it out..

The item is fine, the manager allowing someone to cut the line was not. Horrible line management by someone who didn’t care

Employers are trying to backdoor products really sucks that you have to race A 40+ year old scalper to products now

I received my bundle all beaten and ripped up in the mail. My packs were bent

My 1 star is not for the booster bundle, but for the incredibly poor/terrible packaging of it by Best Buy. The booster arrived without any shipping protection, and the booster box was completely smashed.

Item arrived crushed to the store, and they still tried to sell it to me??? Unbelievable…won’t be back…you guys need to close down.

Whoever packed this put it in plastic bag type of packaging instead of a box with padding. By the time these arrived to me they were damaged so I returned them. I guess buy at least 4 if you’re gonna buy here.

Waitined in line for an hour and woildnt let me add a profuct or buy them said sold out. Inhate this company. Everyone shoild boycott it

Pointless n not fair waste of time and missleading

Automatically returned. came in a flimsy bubble envelope with the box damaged. It was a hassle for Best Buy to agree to take back what they messed up on

Product came in a bubble mailer. The box the cards were in was dented in. Luckily the cards weren’t damaged but they could have easily been damaged in a bubble mailer.

Never got it was supposed to be ordered never was ordered had to purchas UPC to get packs. Super annoying no compensatiom either
