Terrible customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just picked this up at Fordham road and didn't receive my Bulbasaur Promo card that is supposed to come with ANY Scarlet & Violet 151 purchase not just the Ultra Premium collection. I asked the employee about the promo card and she had no idea what I was talking about. Extremely frustrating, not happy with my purchase at all.
