Stole my order and tried to replace it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered a tin and went to pick it up and these guys tried to give me a Shrouded Fable tin instead. Claimed to have "lost" my item and couldn't find it. The quality of service and integrity of the employees at any Best Buy has gotten significantly worse. It's a wonder why I even bothered to actually try and shop here again.
