Items seemed to be okay. One of the product boxes were open.

Great set but there’s no bangers in these boxes!!!

The cards that i could salvage were great. However the box was shipped in a thin bubble mailer and the box looked like a car ran over it. Charizard boxes should ship in a box. Not buying cards from them again.

2 stars because I ordered 2 and they were both Dark Sylveon boxes. I understand they are similar and it shows the picture of the Dark Sylveon box very discreetly on the page but the item description should state "Styles may vary" and does not, misleading.

The box itself seemed to have been already opened by the trail of glue seeping out of one side of the box. I didn’t bother to request another box, because these are still relatively hard to come by. Not buying my cards from BestBuy online.

I hate these “assortment” listings, particularly when bought from Best Buy. I purchased 3 and received all dark sylveon. Not one was charizard. Best Buy also did this with the eevee evolutions tins. I bought 5, 2 were flareon and 3 were vaporeon. That’s how they try to get you to buy more. I understand they aren’t obligated to give me one from each, but that’s just bad on their part. I’m never buying assortments from Best Buy again. They are willing to lose customers just to make a quick buck. Money > customer retention, am i right?

Really don't like that you're randomly given one of the two available instead of giving us the option to choose the box we'd prefer. Definitely feels kind of scummy. Other than that they're pokemon cards for msrp so that's appreciated.

I thought i was getting Charizard as pictured but ended up with a pokémon I detest.... Sylveon. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known that i was not getting the right pokémon

Got 3 packs all the same? Why would you give 2 choices and give people all the same ones if we order more then one? Definitely expected better…

Ordered 3 boxes thinking i ordered all Charizard boxes but i was wrong. Your add is very misleading! I eouldnt of made this purchase if i had know they were gonna send something different from the add!!!

Really Damaged boxed dosent seem like big deal but if your a collector collecting dont buy here

Not sure if I had encountered a resealed box but all the cards in the celebrations packs were the same for every pack. The seals were inconsistently pressed with a different pattern than normal. 4 packs all containing zekrom kyogre yveltal and 3 surfing Pikachu and one flying Pikachu. Needless to say I will stay away from best buy from now on.

Box was open sadly, wish boxes where sold separate.

I didn't really care which box they gave me but I can see why people would be upset not being able to choose which box to get. Especially when people order a few and get all the same kind. The Best Buy I went to for pickup tried to give me a opened box. I returned it real quick. Make sure these packages aren't resealed!

I never got what I purchased the box clearly has a distinct look but I’m assuming the employees are just grabbing any random box and not paying attention to what the customer payed their money for. Buy it in person, if not and has to be online, buy it somewhere else this is not the first time.

got 2 svylveon boxes when i was expecting 2 charizard boxes dont get jebaited by bestbuy

ordered 2 and received two sylveon boxes, one in horrible condition with a bent oversized card. not ideal.
