    I would give this zero stars if I could, as it left me with a product with all the valuables damaged. I guess the one-star minimum is the participation trophy. It was shipped in a paper mailer with absolutely no protection. No bubble wrap. No paper wrap. Nothing. The package was clearly placed under a load of other items as the box was crushed. The plastic inside was crushed, leaving the promo cards ruined. I understand from the seller's side that there are no returns on trading cards. I even understand the need for cost-cutting on shipping. HOWEVER, when you combine both, the company places all the risk on the Customer and gives them a big middle finger when shipping an item in a paper bag! This is not the customer's expectation for an item priced at $49.99. Let alone the expectation for customers who, by miracle, got this at the $49.99 MSRP.

    Product itself is fine, but BestBuy shipping team needs to do better. Arrived loose in an oversized box with no padding at all. Outside of the products packaging was torn and destroyed

    As a collector, I wanted this for my collection. But unfortunately it came shipped damaged and bent. It was delivered in a box that was too small and they squeezed it in there anyways. So unfortunately it came damaged.

    Item never delivered. Contacted customer support multiple times and was either told it's on the way with delays or that an unknown error has occured. In the end never got the product and was forced to get a refund.

    This comes down to how much you still value getting these 2 specific sets! The price per packs is still at retail. If you weren't aware, the packs included here are 5 packs for Surging Sparks and then 5 packs for Twilight Mas.
