Best Buy’s online/app experience is the worst. It’s like they prefer to sell to bots that triple the price and sell it to regular folks. I wouldn’t recommend trying to buy from them, you have no chance at success, only disappointment

Wasn’t too impressed with these. Not packed the best and hard to get a good card out of these.

I will stop buying pokemon from best buy for a few reasons. One being thet they ship almost everything in bags so by the time you receive them the container of pokemon, whether booster box or anything is crushed. Received a promo card all bent and folded. Furthermore, seems thst some of the packages are resealed. Avoid pokemon unless somehow you are lucky to get it shipped securely. Many pokemon collectors like toncollect sealed boxes as well as open them too. Best buy do a better job. I opened some of those crushed packs and the cards themselves are worthless since they are bent damaged.

The packs were kind of whatever and thought they were opened already at first. If you're going to buy packs then others are more worth it

This product should get zero stars because my package was never delivered but I guess I have to rate it a 1 star. Either Best Buy was backordered and failed to fulfill my order or my order was stolen by the delivery service that was used to ship my package. Either way, I didn't get my product and am very unhappy that I'm getting constantly pinged to review a product I did not receive.

The vast majority of consumers cannot buy what they want when it comes to "Hot Items" such as TCGs. Big Box Retailors have done nothing to fix this terrible consumer's experience and that's why its a 1 star item. I barely bought it before it sold out in seconds. Too stressful for me.

Who ever packed this item, did a horrible job for shipping. Product arrived in worse shape then I could have ever imagined. I didnt even open it, due to the fact I’d be upset if there were some awesome cards inside. I can’t grade something like that. In the past this product has always been a cool surprise. I would totally recommend this product due to my past experiences with this product.

Not even 1 holo.... id say these packs are weighed. Ive never had luck that bad

All 3 i received had external damage and were bent specifically at the sides. Two layers of glue on the sides (different from the top or bottom) on the sides makes me concerned that the boxes are resealed or at least tampered with.

Bestbuy promised a pickup order by date but when it got to that time, they stated it was “delayed”. Checked with Bestbuy staff and they said they don’t even have the product in the WAREHOUSE.

Placed an order for 3. Then they canceled my order, claiming it was out of stock, just to repost for sale again at a higher price.

best buy only gave me the blue packs. I wanted the different promos in each box but they only gave me the blue and now yellow

These product were reseal, don’t waste your money unless you want the older packs chilling reign and vivid voltage

The packs in this were obviously resealed. One of the packs had a large tear in it that was clearly heat pressed. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend.

repacked from a returns facility, the glue was not the same on the ones I received as it should be from the original shipment.

Most of my packs were in suspicious shape. Likely a reseal job.

Absolute garbage cards in this. Almost makes you think they were repackaged. Would never buy again
