I’m 110% positive that these packs were open and resealed. The way these packs looked compared to another box we bought from local shop were not the same at all. Avoid this seller!

Bought in store and didn't notice but the plastic film was cut and a cut mark across the box called store and was just told sorry wouldn't replace it it's a Xmas gift for my son crappy store service

Granville Rivertown Best Buy has the worst customer service. The general manager will straight lie to your face and tell you you’re not seeing things that you saw with your own two eyes. They are back during product and refuse to give you customer service. There is no customer outlet. Best Buy needs some serious help.

Its cool to get some pokemon but it sucks to over pay for it.

Seal was cut off. No customer was told this and only best buy is doing this.

Got this for a Christmas present. It was $70+ over retail, b being sold by a third party seller. Had no idea BB sold third party items. Thought it was retail. And they do not accept returns on any card stuff no matter what. They really made it look like ot was retail, sold by BB. Not happy.

Over priced!!! Description was misleading and it was upsold from somewhere else.

Missing both promos. Agent was 0 help. 60 dollar card was missing.

Great product very happy with it, Best Buy has the Best Buy’s for Pokemon cards and they usually have product available

Stopped in today to pick up some Pokémon cards and had an excellent experience. The store had a great selection and everything was easy to find. The manager (didn’t get his name) was very cool and went out of his way to be helpful, answering questions and making the whole process easy.

Fun product to share with my kids, with plenty of packs and accessories inside!

Great Product at MSRP. BB Delivers and has stock which is great. I wouldn't pay more than MSRP which I'm glad BB had plenty stock.

They had quite a bit when they first came out good stock.
