My kids told me it was a big release. They did not have the elite trainer boxes. They only had booster bundles. The registers did not work that morning because they could not scan the product. I was disappointed with how Best Buy did the Pokémon release of a new Pokémon set.

Service was solid given the lines for the product in release day. The item was as expected: new, sealed, undamaged. Only complaint would be that having multiple locations behind the counter for product meant what was available at one end couldn't be seen at the other end (and higher value product was back on the service shelves and thus could not be seen at all except by that one register).
