Really wish Best Buy would do something about the scalpers buying up all stock and then reselling for 5x

Pull rates are horrible even at 49.99 not worth it

The protective wrap was damaged. Over rated set that cause mass popularity. I hope all scalpers go bankrupt, delusional people trying to get rich quick by scamming kids.

I ordered 4 elite trainer boxes, and 3/4 had wripped packaging.

Good luck if you wre searching, it gets ewten up by the bots and i can almsot guarantee if tou dont follow a drops account on social media or discord youll never see one at MSRP as long as you live.

Was delivered to the wrong address and you didnt get me any more, and it took a month to get my refund bc you suck

Items near impossible to get. Best Buy does a horrible job on product limits and lets bots take all supply. Truly has ruined the hobby

BB online is god awful. App doesnt work. allows bots to buy everything. Item came in slow.

Bots ate them up smh not a fair chance for normal users to cop

Went back and forth with live chat and they could only offer me a refund and could not send a repalcement etb. Be weary of trying to buy from BB.

Something veey fishy is going on in the west nyack palisades mall best buy. I asked the enployess tuesday night if they had them and he said they got a shipment in but it wont be stocked til tomorrow. We come back the next day in the am and the person said they dont have them and they have a shipment but it’s not unpacked yet. Called the call center for the mall and she said it was in stock. Go back to the mall and the employe once again said no we dont have them. I go in the app. The app says in stock so i called again and now the call center person said they didnt have them. On release day. A line was outside and the same employee came out and said we do not have pristmatic. My friend and i went to a different store but said lets go back just in case. What do you know they had 5 out for sale. When my friend and i were paying for ours the manager took the rest off the shelve for themselves. People behind us were upset. Employee is clealy taking them for themselves at this location.

I had only gotten to open one of these and didn't expect Best Buy to get more stock, but they called me that morning and said they had just restocked everything! SOOO thankful for my local Best Buy team! Would recommend anyone to get Pokémon cards from their local Best Buy! They limit quantities and make it fair for everyone!

Hard to get but when you do its satisfying to open.

Checked in store and an employee found 1 in the back that had just been unloaded off the truck. Pulled a Leafeon SIR on the first pack! Also pulled all the leafeon alts. Must have got the leafeon etb. Also had 4 master ball patterns!

Went to store several times to see if they were going to have these in stock on release date! Was told yes they had them. Stood outside for 2 hours was first person in the store only to be told they sold them all in pick up orders!! Thats like having a black friday door buster sale and not having any available when the store opens!! Terrible!!
