I came a day before to ask about the stock of this item. The highland store would not tell me. I waited 2 hours to e day of release and I was 5th in line only to be said they had 1 stock. I asked if they could do an online purchase and they said yes, then it was cancelled. I then talked to online support who said that the store manager would call me back to make the purchase again which they did not. Worst customer experience and service ever

Dont order online from best buy product was not shipped in a box. Came in a brown bag with no protective packaging.

I was able to purchase this product at MSRP, which is rare these days, and it made the experience even better. The quality exceeded my expectations—everything feels well-made, functions exactly as intended, and arrived in excellent condition. It’s clear that attention to detail went into the design and packaging. For those who truly enjoy the hobby, this was an amazing item to acquire and definitely worth adding to the collection. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to both collectors and enthusiasts looking for great value at retail price.

The Evolution artwork is stunning, the prismatic foil cards are gorgeous, and opening packs feels exciting every single time. Whether you're a collector or a player, this set has something special. Thanks to the lottery system I was able to get this SPC! Prismatic evolutions is a great set with a lot of amazing art. The combination of the amount of packs, deck box and other items in this collection makes it a must buy.

This is the first time we get selected to buy something from the best buy draw and the packaging was really good, the box came in great conditions, the little pouch and the promo card are so nice, my son was so excited about it.

I finally got my hands on a Prismatic box… and I’m not even exaggerating when I say this is hands down the BEST box I’ve ever opened. From the moment I cracked it open, the hits just kept coming—every pack had me more hyped than the last. The card quality, the shine, the pulls… everything about it felt next level. You know those openings where you’re hoping for just one solid hit? Yeah… this wasn’t that. This was constant heat. It honestly felt like every pull was better than the last, and by the end I just had to sit there for a second and take it all in. If you’re thinking about grabbing a Prismatic box—DO IT. This one set the bar crazy high for me. Easily my favorite opening so far… and it’s going to be hard to top this one

I’m really impressed with these Pokémon cards! The condition was excellent—everything arrived clean, well-packaged, and exactly as described. No bent corners or scratches, which is a big deal for collectors. The variety was also great. I got a nice mix of cards, including some holos and a few that I didn’t already have, which made opening the pack even more exciting. You can tell the seller put effort into making sure the set was worth it. Shipping was quick, and the cards were protected well so nothing got damaged during delivery. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again. Perfect for both collectors and anyone who just enjoys Pokémon!

I got lucky enough to get a raffle for best buys online invite. That way I was able to buy the product for MSRP it comes with so many cute accessories, and the cards are great to collect.

Great value and great buy. So hard to find this product. A fun…and painful set to rip. Unfortunately…the Umbreon is still proving out of my reach.

Love this Prismatic evolutions SPC. The promo card is awesome and the deck box is super cute, plus you get 15 packs.

I cannot thank Best Buy enough for handling the release of the Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection this way. Working full-time testing rigging equipment means I can never camp out at stores or refresh web pages all day, so I usually never have a shot at getting high-demand Pokémon TCG drops for retail price. This process actually gave busy collectors a fair chance to avoid the scalpers and get an amazing set. The collection itself is incredible, but I’m honestly just as impressed with how Best Buy sold it.
