I ordered it and it got cancelled 3 hours later. Still yet to receive my refund 3 weeks later

Best buy canceled my order and now i dont get the chance of getting one at this store

Like many others I ordered in store just for the order to be canceled. This is ridiculous best buy.

Scalpers get dozens of orders through, I finally get one and they cancel it. Do better.

My in-store order was cancelled with no explanation.

I have spent years convinced that the Best Buy "invitation" system was an elaborate social experiment or a digital placebo designed to make the masses feel included while the actual products were backdoored to people with better connections than me. I was wrong. I received the invitation. I have been validated by the algorithm. I am, for one brief moment, a member of the cardboard elite. I retrieved the Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection from the store lockers: a high-tech metal cage for my low-tech paper product. However, upon extraction, I discovered the Best Buy Specialty: the shrink wrap looks like it was applied by someone using a serrated bread knife who then dropped it multiple times to ensure the corners were properly damaged. There are multiple tears in the plastic, which is a standard feature for Best Buy SPCs, apparently included at no extra charge. This is a tragedy for the adults in the household. The plan was to keep this box pristine and sealed on a shelf, serving as a silent monument to our luck and a way to signal to houseguests that we were Chosen by a corporate lottery. It was meant to be a trophy of our status. Now, because the plastic is slightly compromised, its inclusion in our sealed collection has been compromised. The only beneficiaries of this structural failure are my children. Since the box is no longer "investment grade" due holes that look to have been created by a hungry mouse, they will now be allowed to actually open the product and enjoy the contents. Their joy is my aesthetic nightmare. The box is large, heavy, and contains the promised items. It successfully occupied a locker and now occupies a spot on my counter while my kids circle it like vultures. I got the invite, I got the box, and I have successfully transitioned from "Collector" to "Parent who just bought an expensive afternoon of entertainment." My ego is bruised, but the locker opened on the first try. Four stars.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Prismatic SPC! After trying for so long to get one, I finally managed to secure it through Best Buy’s raffle. Huge thanks to them for making the process fair and giving REAL people like me a REAL chance. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I also really appreciate the Best Buy team for carefully packaging the item and ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. And a big thank you to the delivery driver for getting it here safely, no issues at all, which I genuinely appreciate. Overall, I’m beyond excited and grateful to finally have this in my hands.

This product is exactly what my 10 year old new pokemon collector needed. We entered the raffle and got the email because we have not been able to locate product in stores. This product was full of excitement for her because of so many packs and cute art. She loved the colors on the box as well.

Absolutely awful pull rates but atleast it was fun opening
