Damaged Product

I noticed a small tear in the sealed shrink wrap. I noticed the Eevee Texture on the box looked flat in some areas, almost as if it was scraped off so we decided to open it. The Eevee pad for opening cards had wet marks all over. Thankfully the packs are sealed so we were able to open them without issue, but wasn't the experience we wanted. Not sur if it was an issue in manufacturing facility or in transit. Very strange.

Pretty disappointing for the price you pay and how hard it is to get this item in general.

Due to this, when I recieved my I unboxing my product, the contents inside was severely damaged. This is not the experience I thought I would've had it's very disappointing because Best Buy is definitely a company I viewed highly. I'm disappointed to say the least.
