Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy is asking me to review my recent purchase with them however I don’t think they really should have I am highly upset with this purchase being that it is an invite only and very hard to obtain. I received my Best Buy invite to purchase the item in which I purchased however, upon purchasing, they delivered it to the wrong address I was unable to retrieve my item nor get a replacement through Best Buy. I called and spoke to several different people in which they promised I would be getting a new one. All this stuff was on a recorded line. No actions were taken other than processing a refund in which I did not agree to overall highly disappointed with this purchase.
