Product is amazing . Box came damaged due to lack of protection / bubble wrap, some type of installation. Corner was damaged, ripped and dent in the middle of the box

A beautiful set of items and cards put together. Great for collectors. The box and the rest of the accessories are all top quality.

Easy process, but wished they did not place a pickup sticker on the box directly. It damaged the sealed wrap when removing the sticker.

Was lucky enough to be selected to purchase and planned to put box out on our personal display, but it was delivered in a box too small with no protection so the corners were damaged. Pretty disappointing for the price you pay and how hard it is to get this item in general.

Who ever ships these, does not care, they throw it in a box with no protection causing it to get rips, mine came with a decent sized rip. Buy with caution.

Got one in store and placed a instore order for 10 more. Order arrived earlier then the june date. Just tor them today.

They had a good amount of stock for this product. was able to get in line and get it quickly

The package came in poor condition almost as if they placed my product with no way of protecting the product itself in such an oversized box. Due to this, when I recieved my I unboxing my product, the contents inside was severely damaged. This is not the experience I thought I would've had it's very disappointing because Best Buy is definitely a company I viewed highly. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Had to wait 12 hours in line but the box looks very pretty. No hits but at least the box was cool.

Smaller town Best Buy…. Sold at MSRP… best retail store left imo….. Will shop he 1st ALWAYS !!!

Best Buy is asking me to review my recent purchase with them however I don’t think they really should have I am highly upset with this purchase being that it is an invite only and very hard to obtain. I received my Best Buy invite to purchase the item in which I purchased however, upon purchasing, they delivered it to the wrong address I was unable to retrieve my item nor get a replacement through Best Buy. I called and spoke to several different people in which they promised I would be getting a new one. All this stuff was on a recorded line. No actions were taken other than processing a refund in which I did not agree to overall highly disappointed with this purchase.
