Hello, it has now been over three months since I placed my order online (payment was processed immediately), and I still have not received the product. In that time, I have called customer service more than 10 times, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Not a single agent has been willing or able to assist me. Several agents hung up on me after pretending to “look into it,” and others made false promises—claiming they would email me with updates or have a supervisor contact me directly. None of those promises were ever kept. At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no accountability from this company. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I have lost complete trust in this business. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic reliability—this company has shown me none of these.

The item was delivered within 24 hours, but the box was damaged waiting a replacement

Honestly 5 stars for having the SPC at a extremely low price, but im giving it 2 stars because there was a huge cut from shipping due to moving from one box to another. wanted to keep this in my personal collection but had a huge cut in the plastic and box so i had to open it.

Product came to me ripped and in barely any packaging. This is a collectors item and to have it delivered in poor condition was disappointing.

My item arrived with a large slash through the plastic and box. Can not exchange or return tcg items, so stuck with a damaged product.

Not happy. I ordered 3 prismatic spc in store and all 3 got cancelled. Not sure why. This is my first negative experience with Best Buy

The box was damaged and even if i just wanted to keep it sealed as a display i couldn’t.

The product was exactly as purchased. However, the wrapping was very loose.

Jordan landing sold my reserved SPC. The prismatic SPC was reserved and received the invite access to get the SPC. I was excited to receive the invite. There was issues with the delivery, and was able to get the SPC to be picked up at Jordan landing. There was multiple issues and reserved copy was sold.
