Jordan landing sold my reserved SPC. The prismatic SPC was reserved and received the invite access to get the SPC. I was excited to receive the invite. There was issues with the delivery, and was able to get the SPC to be picked up at Jordan landing. There was multiple issues and reserved copy was sold.

Was told could place in-store order so I did since waiting hours outside with store confirming they had 8 only to have 4 on open. Best buy employees stole half the stock and played it off like they were for online orders. My in-store order then gets cancelled and it took over a month for them to cancel/start refund for me. Absolutely terrible experience.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The item came ripped and the box was damaged. I asked for a replacement and was told this was not a mistake on the stores part. I asked to speak to a CSR manger and was shocked when I was compared to a scalper. To be accused of being a scalper was very unprofessional. The rep asked if I was going to open it why the problem. I explained to them I was a collector and was very disappointed ok there service.

I was lucky enough to be win the invite to purchase this at retail from BB earlier in the month, only for an empty box to be delivered to my house! It was obvious that it was opened and re-taped by someone at FedEx during delivery! BB did refund me no problem but of course there were none left in stock to replace what was stolen. I made a report at FedEx and absolutely nothing has come of it!

Store is terrible. Employees lie about product availability. Employees are extremely rude. Will definitely not be back to the Dekalb, Illinois location. Bunch of corrupt employees. I can’t buy a 30 dollar box of Pokémon cards? Well, I’m certainly not going to Best Buy for a 7,000 tv.

Best Buy did an awful job making sure to deliver the correct product. And after that they couldn’t give me the correct one or a refund. Very disappointing

Didn’t get my replacement item from an invite event I got received. Other orders went out and the event ended and a day before pick up it was sold out even tho I bought it two week prior

Horrible hit rates, but the promo is cute. Please do not buy it in the aftermarket, wait for it to drop and help reduce the aftermarket demand

Ordered this set in store and then have it cancelled is absolutely ridiculous. So best buy is just accepting orders hoping they get that amount in which is crazy. Lets not forget when we went to get prismatic booster bundles, the employees stated how much they had, i was the second to last person that would have been able to get one with the limit they set. When we get inside some how the person in front of steps up and they tell her they are sold out and used the excuse of “miscounting” how do you miscount by 3 when the number was below 20, so either the employees are selling more to their buddies at the front of the line or are hiding them last minute when they could have taken their allocation before opening and giving the amount they had available. Biggest waste of time just trying to get stuff for the kids because someone wants to make a quick buck.

Came damaged, plastic was ripped not sure if it was the carrier or if that how it was shipped

Product came damaged. The wrapping was completely torn on one side. Because of the pokemon no return policy I am stuck with it. As a collector I am unable to display this piece.

Box came damaged and had broken seal, ruining the items value. Asked local store for options to trade it for an undamaged box and they said no.

I got picked to order one of these. Shipping box was sealed but Pokemon upc was open missing all cards. UPC box was destroyed!

Pokémon’s a scam. You only get good pulls if you buy a massive amount of product. Hard to even buy any cause scalpers have over taken the markets. Once a really fun hobby, now just a box of disappointment.

I love this product. However it was delivered on a Empty box. Best buy refunded but what i wanted was the box.

Unfortunately, the box was damaged when received where there was a big tear on the bottom.
