Never got the item. Waited in line since 9pm day before. They had 11 boxes was 5th in line and miracles happen and when they opened they were sold out…. Not one of us in line got any and were told we would be able to order online only for them to cancel it the next day. WorstBuy.

Went in store to order and order was cancelled and not given another option for purchase or similar product for compensation took time out of my day to go to the store and was told my order was all set to get next day a cancellation email and no option to reorder or rain check

Ordered in store to get it canceled in less than 2 hours by best buy. But they will fulfill the bot orders and scalpers. Spoke to customer service and they said to wait til it goes online or in store but its impossible to beat bots and scalpers who camp out for 24 hours.

Wasn’t sure what I was getting but I later found out I over paid by more than double

order 5 preorder only got 1 fulfilled don’t expect even bestbuy guarantee your preorder products. Their agent has no clue on what going on they love to waste people time . They love making up fakes stuff to get you to go away.

Your store tricked me into purchasing this and afterwards cancelled. Which then held up money pending cancellation for a period of time. Which then I gave Best Buy a zero interest loan.

Allowed in store online order to ship directly to my house but didn’t tell me that the order will just be canceled a half hour later due to not knowing when they’ll have more stock.

Never got it. Store lied about on hand inventory, so they let me order one and the order got canceled. Female manager on duty was also super unprofessional about the entire thing.

Order was refunded. Bestbuy didnt honor the sale..

Waited in line for them to tell us they only had 6 units its super hard to believe and then when you try to order pokemon items they always give you different excuses

Ordered in store. Got a email stating ordered was cancelled. Check status and said i returned. Doesn't make sense but now I can get this product anywhere...

Ordered this for my kids who were just bonkers excited only to have Best Buy cancel my order without reason… one of the worst websites ever for buying Pokemon

I went in on launch morning and they didn’t even haven any and they let us preorder it but the day before my delivery date they had canceled my order.

Item wasn't available and wasn't purchased. Store only had 1 item box for purchase and only order but that wasn't fulfilled due to lack of supply.

You asked me to review and item that was refunded… maybe get a better sense of your inventory next time before letting people purchase the product

Canceled immediately after pre-ordered in store, don't waste your time waiting in line before store opens just for them to cancel them on you.

I ordered product in your store and payed for it. But no less than hour later did you cancel my order and crush dream of owning it.

Box came destroyed shipping in a bubble mailer with 0 packaging after they boxed up all the bot orders real nice. I hate best buy
