    Received word that I was able to order 3x prismatic evolutions surprise boxes which contain only 4 packs each and I have rarely seen these available for purchase anywhere. The associate first told me can only order one i requested 3 as that is the limit for the sku than he put in for 2 and he wouldnt push through 3. This is a set that sooner or later will be out of print and i would like to purchase to try to collect the 9 surprise promos. Best Buy would sell 6 booster packs online but in store would only offer to sell 1 pack. Doesnt make any sense even on newer sets that are being printed at max capacity they are printing heavier newer sets than they did for celebrations and evolving skies era. I dont agree with how best buys make their own rules for product available to customer every best buy seems to have different rules about purchase of tcg. I shouldnt be told im wrong when i call best buy corporate number and they tell me limits than i get to the store and theres diff limits. Why are associates ruining the best buy experience?

    Box was damaged on the inside. It had clearly been opened previously despite being sold as new unopened. Contacted seller (JG Collectors Vault LLC) and they closed the message without responding. Best Buy app and website would not allow me to dispute.
