BESTBUY NEEDS TO RIGHT THIS SHIP IM NOT GONNA STOP

But the fact that I can’t get a refund or a replacement due to the fact that BESTBUY shipping DEPT put the labels on all 5 packs. For those that know these come in a paper holographic wrap. When you try to get the label off as you can imagine off comes the cover art.. an to make matters worse no one at Best Buy Customer service will help. Also because I bought 5 an that’s the limit I’m no longer eligible to buy anymore. TO THE—— THE ESCALATION TEAM——/ You all make these promises of a call / message within 72 hours well I have 5 #case numbers assigned to me an have yet to hear anything?? Elite Plus or whatever it is member for years an you guys do this to my kid? Not me my kid. Oh an BEST BUY HOW ABOUT THE PS5 2K21 MAMBA EDITION YOU OWE ME? Cause of the packing label you put on it ruined..
