Got some good pulls but the package was a little damaged. Price is higher than it should but it’s ok.

Love pokemon my pull rates werent that great. However the product comes with sleeves and I love the sparkles in the promo card.

I received this but I think it may have been a return, because half of the packs were empty then like two packs were damaged. I called about it and the sent a replacement but it was delivered to the wrong address. I found the home were they were delivered because of the rug, butbthey claim not to have gotten it or someone may have walked of with it. I reached back out to best buy and they said they can not send another replacement it would have to be a refund which I would jave preferred a replacement. I did return the damaged ones it said to return by a certain date which I dropped it off two days before that date. I waited and then 7 days later I get an email stating that my drop off just got picked up. I called to the drop off they said the package got mixed in with other packages and once they noticed it they had it picked up. I did received a email saying my package was deliveredI had someone pick it up on my behalf and it was the return I sent. I was very confuses so I called Best Buy and explained, they then sent me another return label since it was not my fault it was not returned on time. I sent the package back again now I am waiting for the refund. I will definitely buy this again hopefully with a better experience. Best Buy has so far had amazing customer service representatives.

Despite my bad luck, the set was to be expected. Would order again, if I was ever able to. :P

We pulled 3 good cards from this box. It's fun but would probably wait until the price drops next time.
