Good camera for children around 8 years. The batteries do not last long. I suggest you get rechargeable batteries. Its ok for the money and pretty indestructible. It does have zoom feature, the lens is not retrackable so it won't break if dropped. I'd rate it higher if the batteries lasted longer.

This is rough to use. The picture quality is not great, but I can't complain for a $50 camera that my 6 year old is gonna use on trips. My real beef with it, is the firmware of the phone itself. The UI is clearly not designed for this camera, as the on-screen menu doesn't match up to any buttons on the device. There is no "OK" button or directional pad, just 4 vertically aligned buttons and the zoom buttons. But all the on-screen menu prompts talk about an OK button and directional pad to navigate. So you have to guess which of the 4 buttons will do what you want. The second issue, is the way the camera writes files to the SD card. Despite the camera having an internal clock, the filenames are just sequential numbers, not with a timestamp. Meaning as soon as you remove all the pictures from the camera, it starts back with PIC_000001 or whatever. That's a huge pain when you are trying to keep all the pictures in a single folder on your computer. You're constantly having to rename files to avoid conflicts. These all seem like pretty trivial issues that could be resolved without any price increase.

This camera is okay in an emergency for pre-teens if you don't care about photo quality. Beyond that it is junk. Came with no instructions and Polaroid doesn't even list it on their website. The manual is important because the buttons on the camera do not match the display on the screen. I found a copy of the manual online but cannot download a copy. I did guess how to use it but it isn't something I can recommend. It IS something I can advise you to AVOID.

I love this camera! I use it everyday. The design is a little unintuitive, but easy to get the hang of. It also burns through batteries, and has poor video quality. That aside, it has really good photo quality and I’ve had no issues using it underwater. It’s lightweight and has a number of features to explore, such as zoom, filters, sharpness, white balance, exposure, self timer, and more.

Got this for my 7 year old so he can take pictures with me. Not good at all. Overly complicated to use. Quality is terrible on screen the only plus side to this camera is that it’s water safe. Only reason it gets two stars.

I love this camera!! It gives off vintage type pictures and videos. It’s so little I can pocket it when I need to. The best part is that it’s waterproof and I can take it underwater with me for even better photos. ahh best camera ever. It’s not only a good camera, but it’s affordable and has lots of storage.

You get what you pay for, nothing great but better than spending the same on a disposable camera.

This is a great camera. The control buttons are a little unclear and it's a guess-and-check process at the beginning until you figure it out. Otherwise, it's a solid camera for a great price.

Not impressed with this digital camera. Bought the exact same one in a different color and they work differently and the quality of the pictures this one takes are not good.

Ordered one of each color. Got one camera without instructions, the other had scratches all over the back and had clearly been used. The used one came with a card telling me not to return it to the store, but email an unrelated company. Not even sure this really came from Polaroid. Unfortunately I can't return them because I did not have enough time to find others before my kids' vacation. The cameras take pictures, but they aren't good quality. Would not buy again.

DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA Frankly, this camera is an insult. It is a piece of junk. It did not work even once. I could not get the SD card to stay in and I have numerous cameras with similar mechanisms. Once I finally managed to do so, the camera turned on, said Welcome and then did nothing else. Zero. No buttons worked. We bought it for my kid to take to camp and now he has no camera at camp. Thanks Polaroid. Seriously DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Decent for the price, screen is poor resolution but we got this for our young child and he has been having a blast with it

I bought these for my three of my grandchildren so they could develop the skill of taking photographs. They are sturdy and the grand children love them.

Don’t waste your money on this. Think of it as $50 you could use towards a GoPro or something else. I bought this 2 weeks and it’s dead, new batteries in it. It worked a few days ago, it hasn’t been bumped or dropped. It’s a cheap price for a reason, it’s made with cheap parts. Pure junk.

Great little beginner camera for our aspiring photographer. The waterproof case also serves as protection, if it drops on the floor.

this camera worked decently for about 4 days before it turned off and never turned on again. i changed the batteries many times and charged it using the cord as well. i even went to best buy and discussed it with an employee. i ended up returning it.

Good camera got it for my daughter for school trip was really easy to use
