Posted .Hi Mike, We're sorry to hear about your issues. If photos are green it could be due to cold temperature exposure when the photos were taken. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com with sample images and we can help figure this out with you.

Blurry pics
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We followed all directions, yet every pic came out either blurry or without proper color saturation. My old Polaroid cameras from the ‘80s were fantastic, even the one I got in 2000 was pretty good. Unfortunately, this one stinks and was shockingly pricey for what you receive.

Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that! The film and the camera can't cause blurry photos themselves so something else may be happening. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com and we can help figure this out with you.

Posted .Hi Justin, the Polaroid Now camera is an entirely analog camera. It does not have any digital sensor to capture digital images. However, when a photo has finished developing, you can use the free Polaroid app to scan your Polaroid photo to make a digital copy on your phone.

Not the Best
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I may be a little old school but I prefer the older model. It may have also been a defective camer i purchased but majority of our pictures came out very dark even woth extra light.

Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your issues! With the Now camera, if flash is used, the camera's light meter will always meter for the flash on the camera only. Additional ambient lighting in the room won't help much. If you contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com we can help. Please include some sample images showing your results.

Returned - dark pictures
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it. No matter what lighting we were in, the pictures came out dark and blurry. The film wasn’t expired and we tried in daylight, direct light, low light, and nothing worked. Unfortunate given the reputation of the brand and the cost.

Buy a real camera
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lot of work for below average pics, if you are shooting loose, this lens is super unforgiving and even if you do everything right, pics still don't even come close to the polaroids of the past. not worth the 200+ price for camera and extra film

Very Nostalgic!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE BREAKDOWN: This camera brings back memories! If you are looking to capture a moment this camera will do the trick! Included is the camera, two packs of i-Type film (8 in each pack), wrist strap, USB-C charging cable and a quick start guide. I first put the camera on to charge for about an hour. It does have a rechargeable battery unlike the older versions. When it is fully charged the light turns green and then goes off. When the batter is depleted the light turs red. To operate this camera fairly simple. There is an On and Off button and a button to open the film door to put in your film. You look through the eye piece and press the shutter button the flash goes off and your picture will eject. One thing about this camera is it has a timer so you can set it and run and get in the picture! Just remember not to shake the film, place it face down in a dark room and wait at least 10-15 minutes. There is a simplistic nostalgia with this camera that makes it fun to use. PRO’s: - Super Easy to use - Rechargeable battery - Double exposure - Self timer CON’s: - Learning curve to take good pictures - Expensive film SUMMARY: Overall, this product worked as intended, and I would recommend this to a friend if they were in the market for product like this.

Posted .Hi Amy, the Now camera does come with a USB charging port. If you'd like Bluetooth capability, you'd need the Polaroid Now+. The Polaroid Now does not have Bluetooth connectivity but the Polaroid Now+ camera does.

Fun Camera With The Classic Film Look And Feel
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Polaroid has brought back the classic look of the last 70's/early 80's instant photos with the Polaroid Now Gen 2 i-Type camera. From the look of the camera, to photos, to the sound of the camera, you'll be taken back to the days of the original. This camera is fun and easy to use. The view finder is clear and I was able to use it while wearing my glasses. The buttons are easy to find. There is a power button, self-timer button, flash button, and a shutter button. I found the placement of the buttons to be good and it's easy to find the shutter button by feel. The charge port is a USB-C port for charging the camera. It charges in a reasonable amount of time and the battery, according to Polaroid, will last for 15 packs of film. I used two packs and still had battery power left. It also has a counter so you know how many photos you have left. The counter LCD is easy to read day or night. Autofocus worked well for the photos that I took. The camera supports i-Type film and 600 film. Whether you want color or BW film, you won't have a problem finding what you need. The film is simple and easy to load, so you won't have any problems there. I did notice some over exposer when taking photos in bright sunlight at the beach, but other than that, I'm impressed with the overall result. If you are looking for a fun camera with the classic instant photo look, then check out Polaroid's Now i-Type Instant Camera. I think you'll be as happy with it as I am.

A blast from the past
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This camera is not your 1970’s instant camera. Instead of taking 2-3 minutes to develop it takes 10 to 15 minutes. Of course, it’s a color print not the black and white of yesteryears. There is something to say about the new features available. The self-timer after being set gives you 9 seconds to get into the frame. Double exposure allows you to take 2 different exposures on the same film. Double exposure is not hard to set-up and takes some time to master. You can utilize the flash and self-timer both with each photo. The flash control allows you to turn the flash off for a picture, it will default back to on when the camera is turned off. Auto-focus is a time saving advancement, you just must ensure it is focused where you want it. This camera uses Polaroid i-Type film or Polaroid 600 film. The camera has a built-in battery that must be charged before use. The literature states that the battery will last about 2 packages of film. The i-Type film does not have a power source in the package. In this package I received 2 packages of 8 color film. The handheld strap can be added to either side of the camera. The prints are not the sharp color digital prints you get from current cameras, but they have come a long way from the 1970’s. Any subject further than 5 feet is unrecognizable.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was bad, pictures came too dark like there's no flash, but it does have flash. I gave it as a present. My friend didn't like it. So have to her 3 year daughter tonplay with it

Posted .Hi Rocio, I'm sorry to hear about your issues! If photos are too dark it may mean that the camera was held too far away for the flash to reach what you were photographing. The flash range on the camera is 5-6 feet. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com and we can help.
