I was very exited to buy this camera, I decided to get this one instead of the Fujifilm due it has more "megapixels" and way better features. BUT in reality the quality is more like 3MP, the picture are very small, the flash never really works when you need it, and a very slippery. I was NOT happy with it, too bad I got the 60count paper package so I was stock with it till all the paper ran out but I recommend looking into the Fujifilm instead.

It's a cute and perfect sized Polaroid. Great for adventures and traveling. I do wish the border effect on the camera wasn't so thick. However, overall good product

We bought this product because we were big fans of the original Polaroid camera. Once trying it out we found that most pictures would not be centered through the peep hole. What you would be amazing at through the peep hole would not be what would be printed from the camera.

First of all, Let me start of saying that I was happy and excited to get this camera, and looked forward to taking shots with it, Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst camera I have ever bought! One, I used the usb cord that came with it and hooked it up to the camera, which was hard to stick in, and take out! I had to wiggle the wire to get it to come out of the camera when I wanted to unplug it! That shouldn't be! When I hooked the camera to my Lenovo laptop computer it said DRIVE UNAVAILABLE! WHAT???? I checked all drives did updates but everything was up to date! I called polaroid support and they couldn't help just said check firmware?? I can't even view my pictures or know if the shot was taken of my dog. It was just horrible! Don't buy this! Customer Service sucks of the Polaroid Company and do not help!!! So go buy a better camera!!! Honestly, I bought a different camera and am much happier with it the Polaroid One Step 2!! Only one was in stock left at the store and I bought it, and love it! But I won't be contacting Polaroid for help I will just ask online and watch YouTube videos because they are way helpful than the company!

    Disappointing

Purchased for Xmas. There are a few things I don't like. No instructions, no wall jack, no sd card included. Hard to see thru the viewfinder and pictures are poor quality. If it's supposed to have a throwback effect, at least the prints should be larger. I wanted to return it but my child believed it was from Santa, so I'm stuck with it. I've seen the Fuji insta cam and the prints come out awesome. Disappointed in Polaroid.

    Broke within a week

I purchased two of these for my kids. They worked great for about 3 or 4 days and then they both broke. Took them back for refunds. No visible physical damage to the phones but it was outside the return window by the time we came back. Fortunately Best Buy is awesome and let us swap for other cameras.
