Good ND Filters, but problem with Polarizer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ND8 and ND16 filters work great and can stay on during gimbal calibration, but I just tried to use my Circular Polarizer for the first time and it is missing the rubber ring that secures it to the drone. It just falls off.

Filters do not fit right
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the filters for my DJI Mavic, Best Buy stated they ONLY have the second gen in stock. (First gen had known issue for not clearing gimbal). I ended up returning these 2 Days later due to not clearing gimbal initiation on startup. Will purchase the Cinema version elsewhere, those seem to have good response from reviewers.

not good as they don't fit the drone and i bought
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not good as they don't fit the drone and i bought both the mavic and the filters at the same time. Unfortunately, by the time i tried them it was exactly 14 days and that's best buys return max. very dissapointed that best buy recommended them as they are so difficult to slide on that it feels like you break them and then Mavic won't take off because they interfere with the camera movement. Called DJI and they told me if i use them and i break the motors that the warranty is voided.

Excellent ND Filters
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PolarPro ND Filters for the Mavic Pro are a great tool to have when taking photos or video. I took pictures without the filter and then with the ND8 filter, the photos with the ND8 filter turned out better. The photos had better color and reduced glare from anything reflecting light. These filters do allow for gimbal calibration on startup. I purchased two sets from the local BestBuy and the gimbal calibrated normally when the filters were applied from either set.

Bad news for your gimbal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super excited about these filters when I found out about them. Upon purchase I discovered that polar pro had a first attempt at making filters for the mavic pro and it was a fail because the lens would hit the edges of the gimbal upon starting up the drone and the gimbal calibrating. This second batch unfortunately needs work also. The lens itself is a great filter. It blocks the sun out and helps keep the pictures color beaitulf. Why the 3 instead of 4 because the filters are soo hard to remove from the gimbal after being installed that it literally feels like you're ripping the gimbal right off along with it. They will eventually cause damage to your gimbal and that can be costly. After this all I ended up buying the dji ones instead we will see how it goes with those.

Works Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these filters in store on 2/19. They work perfectly. Yes, they are a tight fit but as long as you use a little bit of care and follow the instructions, they are no problem to install and remove. It helps to have the gimbal clamp in place while doing this, as it provides a bit more support. They also pass through gimbal initilization with no problems. I have tested all 3 filters through startup of the Mavic and encountered no issues.

Still fails gimbal calibration
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I specifically asked PolarPro if their filters at Best Buy were of the revised batch, and they assured me they were. However, one of the three filters (for me it was ND8) will fail gimbal calibration, and get stuck against the motor. The other two work fine, so this means that apparently PolarPro still is having tolerance issues in production. Will likely return as I am only getting told by Polar Pro to make sure it is pressed on enough (which it definitely is...and how do they explain the fact that two of the filters work fine?) My recommendation is to wait for the official DJI filters as you know they will work with the Mavic Pro.
