Just kidding, but just a little sun can keep you from being able to see your screen. This gadget is very helpful. Thinking about getting a dark scarf to wear over my head down to the hood for a little better visibility

I didn't purchase a sun shade at first, but many times the screen is wash out and I have to turn my back to the sun, many times away from the drone. This solves that problem.
