The problem is in design; the lens rides up the camera and gets pushed out of its frame (they are poorly glued into place). Once loose the glass lens is prone to cracking and chipping. 2 of the 3 lenses broke within a few hours of light use- and that was after making sure on the second that it was mounted "just so". A notch within the filter frame would prevent the whole issue, as would a better lens mount, but what am I, an engineer? (oh wait, yes, I am.) I'd give a zero star if able...

Cheap gasket holding lenses to frame

It did its job, but I was disappointment when I saw the lens flopping around. It did get wet, but it being for a go pro, I would think it would be able to handle wet environments. If that would not have happen I would have given it 5 stars. Copied and pasted from previous user review. Very unhappy about this piece of junk
