With the rubber coating your hands wont freeze when using in cold conditions. It has a low setting to save energy, a strobe light setting for emergencies, and a high setting for maximum brightness. A very good flashlight at a very good price.

It's significantly brighter than my old style 2 D batteries flashlight. And it's small enough to fit in my pocket. Comes with 3 AAA batteries. Just bought it so not sure how long the batteries will last.
