Small LED Flashlight

All were shipped pretty fast. However, all three (3) had dead batteries upon arrival. I called Product Support for replacement batteries. The options provided were to return the products for credit or replacement, a check to cover the cost of new batteries or to get a Gift Card for Best Buy. The Gift Card would be good on new batteries or other items at Best Buy. I selected the Gift Card.
