This is a awesome sound system only problem it disconnect sometimes

Great sound and its got plenty of Bass but occasionally the bass speaker just makes random popping sounds

First the good. The system is incredibly quick and easy to set up. Just plug in all the speakers and go. The soundbar itself sounds good and I love the feature that lets you adjust just the voices since a lot of the time I have difficulty hearing dialogue but everything else is loud. Unfortunately, that's where the praise ends. After setting up the system and testing with a movie, I noticed the rear right speaker had awful popping and crackling sounds. It made it impossible to listen to. The left one was okay and sounded good though. The system includes a subwoofer although I'm not sure why. There is barely any bass that comes out of it. It's so quiet, I resynced the subwoofer and put my ear right against it to make sure it was connected. I could hear a bit of bass but it's barely perceptible. Sadly, I think this system is getting returned, especially with the crackle issue with the rear speaker.

I’m pleased with my purchase. Polk has great sound quality. The slim design fits perfect under the TV.

The speaker is great. We are using it in our Master Bedroom and it's great sound. Only thing is that it doesn't have a whisper soft volume. On a 0-10 volume it goes from 2-ish to 0. I wish there was a 1 volume so late night listening could be whisper soft.

The sound from the system is very good. Setup was very easy. As soon as everything was plugged in, the soundbar recognized the other components. The only downside is the cord for the rear surround speakers. The cord itself is pretty short and the plug is huge transformer, so you have to have an electric outlet close to both surround speakers.

I LOVE, LOVE THE FACT I COULD SET THIS UP BY MYSELF YES!!! IT LOOKS GOOD. I AM NOT A FAN OF THE BASS OR THE REMOTE. I NEED MORE BASS OR DO I REALLY? I AM ENJOYING THE SOUNDS. THANKS FOR EXPLAINING THE POPPING SOUND. THE REMOTE NEEDS A DO-OVER. YES, MY 70" HAS THE SOUND I AM SEEKING, STILL NOT CONCERT LEVEL STILL BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD VIZIO SOUNDBAR.

Amazing audio system for my home theater in my basement

Easy set-up and great performance. The options on the menu and remote let me adjust volume and audio based on whether watching movies, sports or listening to music. Great bass. Overall output is as good as some of the stronger and more expensive models from competitors.

Really love our sound system. The problem we were having with our other one was we needed to hear more vocal than music. This one has a way to control the words (voices) and sound. If we need to hear the vices more then all we have to do is increase the sound. Really a great system.

Over all great sound. I feel like heavy deep bass and everything else play seamlessly together

I love all about this. Honestly, I was little hesitant to go for this due to negative reviews and common issues this has. But I don’t believe it is the case for all. I haven’t had any of the crackling sound from the rear speaker nor the sub. I really appreciate the fact that they have voice adjust and bass volume. Love watching movies with this. Spotify streaming is absolutely remarkable. I feel like I’m right in front of a live gig. Even though this is a 5.1 system, it sounds better than a 7.1 soundbar. Certainly better than my Bose soundbar.

My cousin had this product already in his home and loved it since day one took a while to get mine and still haven't set up the rear speakers or exactly where i want it and it is simply amazing love the sound and bass experience! Must get for sure over anything else. Great price also

Audio quality is great, loud and clear. Hook up was easy. Like many other reviews, the wireless rear speakers suffer from some popping/hissing. It's not all the time but does happen more than I would like. This seems to be very common and feels like it may be related to some interference in the room so your results may vary.

Absolutely love it. My house rumbles just like in the movie theater. There is even a quiet feature so I can still use it without all of the surround sound bass. The geek squad installed and mounted my tv and sound bar. It looks and sounds Absolutely marvelous.
