We have owned this since February 2022, and it has been popping since day one. We read lots of reviews and forums saying there was a firmware update that fixed it, hooked the device up to our Ethernet and still does it. More reviews and Polk reps told us to look for RF interruption, so we moved our wireless router, still crackles and pops. We were really excited to update to a Polk surround sound because ours was getting outdated, but honestly most days we regret buying it. We didn’t take it back because it took us sometime to figure out some of things I stated above. Now we just deal with a $600 sound bar that pops and crackles. Probably won’t be a returning Polk customer.

This unit provides super loud sound, the bass is house shaking. Great buy for the money.

This system is very high quality sound for a great home theatre experience. I use it for listening to audio, TV, and watching movies. Each application can be enhanced by changing the voice or bass volumes to hear the sound the way you like it. It's a great system that is easy to setup and has great value.

Sounds great, but so freaking aggravating the sound never matches the picture!! Get it so it does, change the channel and they are out of sync again!!!!! It's gotten so at times it won't even turn on. It's past the Best Buy return by date so guess I`m screwed. I highly do not recommend this!!

Do not but this product I purchased it off of the name because I have know of Polk Audio for years. The wireless rear speakers do not work the majority of the time and I have paired them multiple times. When they do work the volume is very low and staticky. Working on retail myself if I know this abt a product I will not endorse them at all. Even if it takes away from my sale. Reading the reviews I’m not the only person w/ this issue.

Wow! Fantastic sound! We have a large open living room into a large kitchen and this absolutely floods the area with a crisp excellent sound. Still getting used to the WiFi speakers behind us in the living room as they put out sounds I’ve never heard in movies I’ve seen hundreds of times.

Has some nice control options. There movie mode, sports mode and music mode. You can adjust the bass and voice levels, but there’s a limit - wish this would go higher, especially on the voice. There’s also the ability to control the surround speakers volume and balance. Fairly simple to set up.

I have had this for going on two weeks and love it so far. I almost did not purchase because the store demo was not great at all. The model I picked out in store was not available and after retreading reviews I settled on this item. Once hooked up at home it has been great.

Great addition for my tv. Quality sound from Polk Audio which I expected. Able to adjust sound bar, surround speakers, and subwoofer independently of each other as well as volume for all 3. Definitely a must have.

Very happy with this so far. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Quite impressive surround sound for speakers with a relatively small footprint. Especially with movie theaters being closed now, it really makes watching movies (or shows or games) so much more enjoyable.

Great mid price system. Soundbar mounted well under TV and a huge plus not needing anything other than power to the other 3 parts. Synced up perfectly and the ability to raise voices compared to the other parts of the audio is great.

Their smart home wifi functionality is buggy. However, the sound quality is excellent. I’m looking for excuses to buy more for my other tv’s. The wireless rear speakers tones are great and you can adjust base or voice feom the remote.

Totally solved my problem where voices got buried behind background music. This system has a separate volume control just for voice frequencies. Finally great sounds to go with great picture!

Overall, Polk audio soundbar is great with sound all the way around, however, the wifi is an issue. I loose connection on some of the speakers, and there is cracking sound coming out of my surround rear speakers.
