Too loud, too quiet. Inconsistent volume.

I realize it probably has something to do with the televised program and not the unit, but it is still annoying. Can't there be some sensor that will balance the volume level without having to reach for the remote every time I go from one station to another, or one program to another, or even going from program to the commercial within the program?

Horrible service and dowant last.

The rear speakers went out took months to get them replaces now the volume turns itself up. Out of warranty now but spent 6 months not able to use it at all. Cant believe Polk is going to do anything about it either.

Nice effort, but with the speakers behind the couch, right in our ears, it was very noticeable. You may need to pump up the budget and get a little higher end, set of speakers. The Sonos is a strong contender, but they're pretty pricey. You'd think for $500-$1000, you could get something awesome, but I'll keep searching.

However this visit as I was waiting for my husband and looking, the sales clerk approached me and we started talking. I sadly forget his name, but he was from Florida and has a tatoo on his arm of the space center. Because of his help I bought the polk that I wasn't anticipating, but very happy with my purchase.

NO app - not great quality and hard to sync

The sound quality is not that great, but good for starters. The surround speakers are very hard to sync. many better options available.
