BUT there are snaps crackles and pops with this item. The subwoofer doesnt seem to tirn off all tge time. I can hear it vibrating at times. I can't use the app on my phone to update it. I hard wired it to the net and i am not sure if it is updated or not. Many people are having the same issues.

I realize it probably has something to do with the televised program and not the unit, but it is still annoying. Can't there be some sensor that will balance the volume level without having to reach for the remote every time I go from one station to another, or one program to another, or even going from program to the commercial within the program?

The sound quality is not that great, but good for starters. The surround speakers are very hard to sync. many better options available.

Nice effort, but with the speakers behind the couch, right in our ears, it was very noticeable. You may need to pump up the budget and get a little higher end, set of speakers. The Sonos is a strong contender, but they're pretty pricey. You'd think for $500-$1000, you could get something awesome, but I'll keep searching.

I was thinking it was from the setting but it wasn't. I traveled out of town and before I got back it was no longer returnable. If I can exchange it for something else, I wouldn't mind.

Posted .Thank you for sharing and providing feedback. The Soundbar communicates with the subwoofer via RF. Other nearby wireless devices, including wireless routers, can cause communication issues. Temporarily place the subwoofer near the soundbar for initial pairing. Once paired, you can move the sub to its desired location. Relocating other nearby wireless devices may be necessary.
