Good sounds for the price, perfect for my media room

We had some issues with it since the voices were not syncing but we got it to work.

We loved this system. Especially with the pandemic and not being able to go to the movies. This was the closest we had with the audio. What I love about it also is the ability to increase the volume of the voice audio as there are times the sound effects might seem louder but this sound system does the job.

I bought it kept it for three days returned it because I thought it was bad. I brought the new one home kept it for a week then the Samsung q850 went on sale for $599 and I paid 499 for this one. much happier with it it's awesome the Polk one is a step up above the basic sound bar.

Not bad not the best but adequate sound. Not sad to have it and at least surround sound average

Wow!! Our old sound system doesn't hold a candle to this one! Not only does the soundbar have great quality, the back speakers are amazing! I love hiking my phone up to it and playing music so loud my son complains the bass is vibrating his feet in his room! (Payback for all the times his games were so loud!)

Pretty good system but need to add some speakers. It is a decent mud level system

It's looks good and sounds good BUT... the popping and cracking while listening can make you crazy. The popping and cracking can happen for a long time or not for a while. I went to their site and this seems to be an issue. The site states to update the firmware with an app, but there is no app, and then the other solution is to connect an ether net to the bar, but how do you know it updated overnight as the site said. Getting help from them is hard because they are in the UK. I returned this and bought another system no popping and cracking. I would recommended trying another system. I will say it wasn't something Best Buy if fact they were very good in trouble shooting and replacing it

Right out of the box the sound bar didn’t work. Returned it. Got another one and the rear speakers blew out in a couple of months. Hope they will let me return it again.

This thing is amazing. Premium quality sounds, hard hitting bass along with beautiful mids and highs. I knew Polk was well known for quality but I was even more impressed with the value. Whether your watching movies, football or rocking out you'll be beyond happy

Going from a flatscreen onboard set of "speakers" to any soundbar and subwoofer is a massive upgrade. We absolutely love this set. We can actually hear the speech, the surround sound works great, and the adjustable features are easy and useful.

All around so far has been great. I would not sync with the chrome remote if I setup the system again. The volume for some reason on start up or up/down maxes out. Nice, clean, and simple. Setup to a projector with a chrome cast and hdmi.

Best soundbar i have owned or heard. It auto hooked up with my smart TV with the HDMI-ARC cable. Audio with the Polk 5.1 soundbar is better than my former pioneer 5.1 surround sound set up. The sub woofer beats my JVC 100 watt stand alone sub. You cant go wrong with it.

Cannot get volume from my tv remote. Help me any advice

I have several Polk speakers in my house and have been very please with them. I bought this to replace a much cheaper Vizio 2.1 soundbar. The Vizio blows this Polk away! There is little to no bass coming from the abnormally large subwoofer. With the size of the sub you’d think it would have great bass. Not so. So little bass I believe it’s defective so I returned it. The sub was synced and working. I could feel it vibrating but the bass output was nil. Changing locations of the sub and restarts didn’t change the lack of sound quality. The soundbar has a great look and an ok sound quality but again, the five year old Vizio was way better. The satellite rear surround speakers weren’t very good either. Overall I was disappointed and unlike Polk. Returned.

Love the sound , Mid range, and bass .. Super clean design.. But 5 months later and the mother board went out !!! Can’t find part to fix it , there a videos how to replace , but no part.. 650 bucks down the tube
