GREAT SOUND, MAKES WATCHING SPORTS & MOVIES GREAT!

Especially for sporting events, it focuses sound on the commentators, knocks down some of the crowd noise that can make it hard to hear what's being said.

Do Not Buy Product is Extremely Flawed

There are so many issues people have reported and Polk seems incapable of fixing the issue. Static in the right rear surround speaker. The send a new soundbar...it will not connect to Google Home to set it to Wifi. Followed instructions and plugged in a network cable so it could update. I setup a separate SSID for my 2GHZ and tried that band...finds the device in Google Home on both bands...connects successfully to the device...then fails to communicate with device thereafter. New soundbar will not sync with the old subwoofer or surrounds. Press the surround speaker sync...no lights come on after putting soundbar in sync mode. Subwoofer shows blinking light but never syncs. So the second surround bar received from support is clearly faulty as well. When it all works and the static is not present in the rear surrounds...it sounds great, but the fact is the device setup is a massive failure. Instead of relying on Google Home they should have their own app that can gather diagnostics data so they can finally fix their issues! Completely disappointed and I am 100% positive Polk plays this support game with their customers to prevent them from returning direct to store. I am now beyond my return date to Best Buy as it took them weeks to finally commit to sending a replacement unit. Polk used to be a solid name in audio but I can tell you these quality issues with their products have tarnished their brand significantly. Reading online for all of their Google Home speakers there are massive complaints. Do your research though on your own.

Great rich, deep bass from the subwoofer. Clear high in treble and great mid range reflections. The two extra external speakers add a truly sound surrounding experience. A great value for the price.

Sorry system

There are issues going back to 2018 without any resolution. You would think spending a decent amount on a soundbar / surround sound would be good. I had this system for several days before returning. Not easy to set up or download the latest firmware. Polk will tell you firmware will fix the issue.: they have been saying this since 2018. Actual sound bar sounds great.. just plan on unplugging the subwoofer and throwing it away if you purchase this system. You have been warned

Polk soundbar

Sound is a bit muffled. Would be much better if there was a way to adjust the treble and the bass. The remote control looks nice, but is poor quality. Expected a little more for the money.

I’ve exchanged this unit 4 times cause one of the speakers always cracks with movies. Best Buy employee said it might be my router so I got a new router and moved it and still the same thing. Idk

Bass is definitely lacking compared to other systems. As others have stated and posted the software does not work well and connectivity to the surround speakers and subwoofer has intermittent issues. I thought others that were posting about these issues were too far away from their router or the surround speakers and woofer were too far away but after several tests moving things around and using a wired connection to my router I was still having all sorts of issues. I ended up returning it after a week of troubleshooting.

Meh, get a different brand

But the satellite speakers sounds horrible. And for $500 that’s pretty awful. There’s a bit of back and forth in the set up process too which is frustrating.

It has some neat features voice assist to make the voice louder. The rear speakers are truly blue tooth no wires. It has a good sound and the rear speakers are also adjustable.

Sounds amazing I like the voice feature. It allows you to turn up the voice and not all the background noise

Got a higher cost system.
