Easily returned to local Best Buy for complete refund. Only lost my time repacking and returning to store.

My family room has 18' ceilings and the TV sounded flat and dull. This sound bar and the subwoofer have really made tv-watching more enjoyable. Plug in and play!!

I purchase item which comes woth missing parts. Tje box did not have a remote and HDMI cable in it. And no support to replace or provide the part to me instead best buy customer service ask me to return in store. This is really a issue to box the product back.

Bass unit kills this system

I called technical support, followed the directions precisely with no change. It was disappointing to rebox it and return it but my local Best Buy accepted it back without issue. I replaced it with a similar system from Samsung that work’s perfectly.

Remote sometimes works and sometimes not. Very disappointed as I bought from my experience with polk car audio.of course when I wanted to do something about it it was out of the 1 year warranty. Wish I read reviews before purchasing.

Posted .Sorry to learn of your frustration. The Polk Audio MagniFi Soundbar wireless subwoofer and wireless speakers communicate with the Soundbar using RF signals. Check if a new device has been placed using RF near the soundbar or wireless speakers? Wireless routers can also create communication issues if placed near the system.
