Not great. Sound quality is ok. My biggest issue is that sometimes sound will fade in and out on the rear speakers. Very annoying.

I got a friend who bought a more expensive soundboard than this one and my bar bangs louder than his... and mine was cheaper

This thing reminds me of the days of wired surround in the 90s. A complete theater experience.

Very Loud Surround sound, PLENTY OF BASS, clear vocals, it doesnt support Atmos, but its a great audio machine

If you just search for problems with this model you'll find a bunch of articles goin back 2-3 years. Problems which are still not resolved and promises being made to get it fixed in next firmware upgrade. 1) Device doesn't get connected to wifi - workaround was to connect it via Ethernet first and let it download the firmware and then reset it 2) Once you get it to connect even then you might suddenly see it offline after a few days in Google home app 3) once it's connected to wifi then when you when you have HDMI passthrough active and lower or increase the volume..the audio is lost untill you select the input again on the Polk remote - to fix it remove the speaker from Google home app and reset it.(So basically do not connect it to WIFI) 4) Once that is done then there is popping sounds on the rear speakers when the audio is at a low level - No fix for that 5) After a few days getting used to the popping sounds the soundbar kept on getting disconnected every 10-15 for a few seconds. That's when I decided to pack it up and return.

This audio system is a bang for the buck! It covers a big area and the sound is really good!

The sound quality is great! But the reliability of the hardware is terrible. I have to CONSTANTLY (more than once a week) turn it off/on by unpluging the power to cycle the buggy hardware for it to turn on and work properly. Ps5 4k signal also requires some "massaging" since the hdr signal will overload the hardware

Buying this was a mistake. Prior to purchasing, I read several reviews from Best Buy and other retailers that described issues with clicking and popping from the satellite speakers and subwoofer. But I figured this issue had likely been resolved from a firmware update or that these folks had probably just set it up incorrectly. Unfortunately, two months in and past my return window, all of those reviews turned out spot on and the satellites and sub pop and crackle constantly. And I when I say constantly, I mean literally any time I’m playing content through the device. It’s awful to have spent this much money on a product that is this dysfunctional. How it hasn’t been recalled is beyond me, but apparently Polk won’t acknowledge the issue. So do yourself a favor and don’t buy this thing. I’ll chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned and won’t be buying another Polk product again.

It will change your life.... faaaantastic and so worth it

Has not worked right from day 1. Every time you turn the volume up, you have to pause what you are watching because it mutes it. You then have to select which hdmi port you are watching to get the sound back. Some times only the back speakers work. When you manage to get it working correctly, it sounds great. However it takes an hour of messing around with different settings and scenarios to get it to work. I’ve spent way too much time trying to get this simple device to work correctly. Another very concerning thing I’ve started noticing. When you unplug it, which you must do often, then plug it back in, you can see a spark inside. I’m. It not sure if it’s really a spark or an internal LED but it’s unsettling.

Very happy with this! We bought the Samsung one and the sound was not acceptable.

Im on my second one with the first one I was having issues with the surround sound!

This was a replacement for 7.0 and I was worried but this one sounds even better.

Cracking sound rear Bluetooth speakers will not go away, remote is old looking and poor design

Sent it back and went w/Sonos Arc instead. Much happier with sound from the Arc despite the extra speakers

This thing rocks and the subwoofer shakes my whole living room! Definitely a recommended sound bar system!
