The speaker has great sound quality. The only issue I have with this package is the rear speakers aren’t always connected. They will disconnect and reconnect. While watching a movie this can be a little annoying but it beats hanging wires. I really enjoy this package.

The wireless speakers started crackling within a few weeks of purchase. I tried different positions and distance, even putting the remote speakers within a few feet and as far as 10 feet from the main unit, and there was no difference. I called Best Buy Protection to help with the product and they said they can't service it because it was still in warranty, but that is the reason I purchased the protection from Best Buy. I disconnected the wireless speakers from the power supply and used only the main speaker and woofer, and it was fine. I suggest buying the system without the wireless speakers.

Bought this on Feb 25, 2022… I fall in love with it on the store. Mounting is easy. After a couple of month using it, you can hear random noises coming from the wireless speakers, they are temporarily. The sound it’s so exquisite, the surround it’s so good! I have to lower it cause you can feel it on the walls. Watching movies it’s an experience. When you are listening to music, you can here every single detail of the song, Background voices, bass etc… I totally recommend this to whoever is looking for a good surround sound.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he LOVES it. Easy setup and the speakers sound amazing and it all linked to one remote control. He absolutely loves it!!

The hardest part of the install was getting rid of the styrofoam and cardboard. Serious plug and play. Not theater quality but close. Well worth the money.

Only reason I give it a 2 star is because it does sound good when it works right but Bluetooth never worked right

Sound quality is good. The bluetooth connection is a great convenience. Various types of hookups also a plus for adding to the system. Only complaint is the lack of clarity in the setup instructions, and that could be just me.

This is a great surround sound system! It sounds like your in the movie theater. Everything is crystal clear. Every sound is picked up. Great product for the money!

Easy to set up qnd sounds great! Took less then 10 minutes to set up and everything works great with it from the Xbox Series X to the Fire TV.

Overall sound and easy of set up is great. The subwoofer makes a piping sound when not in use. I believe it has to do with interference with other devices because it is wireless.

My only complaint is that it doesn't always turn on with my universal remote. It is kind of hit and miss. But the sound it great. I like that I can turn the voices up.

Great sounding equipment but the system is limited only to your tv system will not play the wireless speakers in bluetooh or any device like a phone or ect

Sounds good occasional popping noise from the speakers when its turned off. Can feel the bass.

A great product but returned it for a different surround sound system because the bass didn't hit hard as I wanted it too.

Wow, the sound is amazing! Only one that is even in the same league is the Bose system but it is over 2X higher price. Highly recommend!

I was over my sister house. She had one. I wouldn’t bought myself one soon as possible because it sounds so loud and clear.

The Polk surround sound waa what we were looking for. Wireless, great sound and easy setup.
