Great sound, plenty of bass. Wireless speakers get a little “garbled” with some shows and movies. Background noise seems to get lost in translation.

Product delivers quality sound. Great price at Best Buy. Delivery was sooner than promised.

Overall, this soundbar performs well. My main complaint is that I can not get it to sync with my FiosOne Voice Remote to control the volume of the sound bar. It is cumbersome to use the Fios remote to control all other functions of TV and cable, and power for the soundbar, but have to use the Polk remote to adjust the volume. The Polk support website will not accept comments, as it requires you to select the type of product, but only offers dropdown choice of All Products, then refuses the comments because you haven't selected the type of device.

Set up was easy! I am very pleased with the sound quality and overall operation.

Open box product works great but was scuffed up in shipping. Three stars for repackage being so bad.

Great sound. A big improvement over the entry level LG system it replaced. I have other Polk speakers and expected quality sound from the MagniFi Max and wasn't disappointed. Not the cheapest system out there or the most expensive ... kind of in the middle... but in speaker bar systems you get what you paid for. The wireless rear speakers are really nice and a big addition over my old system.

Great sounding soundbar. The greatest feature are the wireless speakers that can be placed in random places in the room and the surround speakers pick out the smallest of sounds. Only downfall is this product comes on every time you have the TV powered on, if I could find a way to bypass this would be the best soundbar ever

Our best surround sound purchase! We have definitely found the one we were looking for! The only problem we have had since we bought this is some static coming from one of the small speakers. I was worried about Polk b/c I had not heard of them but we will definitely buy more of their products!

I have had Polk audio speakers, (floor standing, surrounds, bookshelf, subs) you name it I’ve had them. So to say I’m biased towards the brand is an understatement. Which is why it pains me to say this, “If you are in the market for a decent sounding sound-bar, sub and surrounds, this is not it. I really wanted to like this setup, I kept it for a week and a half, then returned it to Best Buy. The sub would make this horrible popping sound constantly and it seemed to get worse every day. The surrounds are a little under powered, but worked ok. The only saving grace for this system is the actual sound bar. That was the only reason I held out for so long on returning it. I purchased a different brand sound bar and sub, and have been blown away by the sound. I know Polk is capable of doing better, it’s just that with this particular product they fell short on what had the potential to be a really good experience.

This is a very nice product that’s very easy to install out of the box, but it may have a serious issue with wireless signal interference. The setup was pretty plug plug and play out of the box. The sub has more than enough power for small and medium rooms, and the included speakers sounded very nice. Great bundle and value... BUT There was a significant wireless signal interference problem. The sub would send out low volume Morse-code type sounds intermittently, and the rear speakers had a consistent soft static or buzz. I tried firmware updates and recommendations from Polk’s official website, but the threads ultimately yielded no solution. I additionally adjusted home router settings and moved the system to other rooms as a test, but nothing helped. As long as you’re not getting signal interference it’s a great value, but take it back if you can’t make the thumps and fuzz go away.

Works well, sounds great and gotten for a good price. No regrets here
