This soundbar is easy to setup and it sounds great for the price

It's a very good sound bar but I wouldnt recommend it if you're planning to use Alexa alot. It freezes up to much. But it sounds great.

Sound quality is great. Alexa functionality can be a bit iffy compared to our standalone echos. Also, apple music does not work through the echo.

Had to have help in getting set up with Polk and Amazon accounts. Should not have been that difficult. However, once it was set up the sound was great.

Great sound for a medium sized sound bar. Wish Alexa was less buggy though.

Okay I misunderstood the description sign and no one in the store offered to help me. I left and went home to order. I thought Alexa voice meant it would work with my Alexa device that I already had. It actually has Alexa so I had to move my other device to a different room. When you tell Alexa to turn up the volume, it only goes up one notch at a time so you may have to tell her several times to turn up the volume in order to get it where you need it.

The sound is good but the bass does not turn off completely , so I have to unplug it everytime. (Neighbors under us). Alexa disconnects sometimes also.

Setup was easy & quick. Sound was good. Then the remote quite working. I have changed batteries& done everything according to the app & website.

This sound bar is loud enough to fill a large media room while also adding Alexa for music and tasks. I previously used an echo dot with a Bluetooth speaker in this location but it is so much easier to use this bar instead and not have to tell Alexa to "Connect Speaker" every time I want to listen to music.

I was uncertain if I wanted a whole receiver home theater system or not. After much research and great customer service at my local Best Buy I decided on this instead. It meets my needs with sound quality and simplicity. It also is Alexa compatible so I can listen to my music as well.

I was pleasantly surprised in this soundbar. The sound is so clear, you nothing more!! I have another surround system but since adding the Polk Soundbar, I haven’t used it since. It truly puts out, the subwoofer really bumps!! Alex is an added bonus for sure!! I now wish I had Alex equip on my other soundbars!!!

Good Product Works Well Very Easy To Setup But As Loud As I Thought It Would Be.

I’ve had this almost one month now, and am still very pleased. The sound is much better than I expected, especially the bass that comes out of the fairly small subwoofer. Alexa is not minimal in my opinion, as some have said. We have not figured out how to control the TV with Alexa yet, but are working on it.

Good product, subwoofer provides good bass. The design is interesting, soundbar with echo dot in the middle. Your firestick is able to be plugged directly into the soundbar, allowing the HDMI input on your tv to be free. The soundbar also provides a power source for your firestick.

Can really crank the sound and the bass. Sounds great! Alexa is unreliable in it and doesn't have all of the features of a regular dot.

I swear by Polkaudio. I was a salesman in an electronics store and these things are all made with quality. Nice bass and good sound control options. I would recommend this for people with budgets similar to mine. As high end as it gets for the price.

Good sound but the remote is sometimes difficult. Bass is excellent. The Alexa feature needs improvement.
