I thought the sound bar so I wouldn’t have to hook up my old surroundsound system with amplifier because of lack of space. I was very impressed with the sound that it gave me, and having Alexa built-in is an added bonus. I recommend this product to everyone.

The audio sound on my Samsung 60" 4K TV was not adequate. Polk has elevated it. Alexa voice command is wonderful.

Nice easy setup for most part. The remotes are weak and I’m now on my 3 rd one. I mostly use Alexa voice command. Her jokes are bad.

Not bad for the price. Only 2 channel but good for music in the house. the alexa option is nice and replaced my kitchen/living room echo plus. sound fills up the open area nicely. has great controls so i dont have to use or find the remote control when phone call or conversation happens!

Love this speaker! The Alexa is awesome, easy installation, the maximum sound could be a bit louder. But overall a great product.

Better than the Sony I initially purchased. Sub performs a bit better. First Alexa product, so still getting accustomed to it.

We spent a lot of time researching tvs and sound bars and after visiting Best Buy's showroom decided to go with the Polk Soundbar. For the price range it has outstanding sound quality. It took a little to get it paired with our LG tv but once it was paired it has been a rock star.

Soundbar has great sound, I don't think the "voice" feature is loud enough. The music still over powers the voice.

I’m tech challenged but was able to set up and can operate this system easily. I like the different sound options based on what you are watching. Thought I might use Alexa more but really don’t use it much

great for an echo. sub woofer is ok. remote has to have almost perfect aim to work

I have been a fan of Polk audio for about 30 + years which is why I purchased this particular soundbar system even though I was not able to hear it prior to purchase if it. The overall quality and functionality is pretty good but the sound quality I’m sorry to say was a little underwhelming. Also, I had to return the system because it would not stay connected to the internet which didn’t allow me to use the Alexa feature. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Love the sound, easy set up and looks great on the entertainment center. The Alexa built in is great. I play music on it when I’m picking up the house and doing projects inside the home. I am very happy with it. It was a great choice.

The design is very nice however I ran into major issues with the app and it’s connectivity to my tv and cable at times I lost control of my tv and cable...sound was intermittent when connecting to the multiple interfaces. Although the sound was good it didn’t offer me the best experience

After we downloaded the Polk app it was kind of a pain to get everything linked together. We are not quick with technology but we figured it out and the sound is amazing. My son likes to link it to his phone and play "his" music. The Alexa is cool also.

Very good sound for a stand alone sound bar with floor subwoofer. Bass is excellent. Sometimes dialog is a little faint but overall sound is excellent. Alexa can play all kinds of music and answer questions.

This was a gift to my daughter and her family. I stopped in the store because the model on display sounded so good. I was impressed with the features it has, Alexa, Bluetooth, etc. Everyone who hears it agrees it compares to soundbars that cost twice as much

Great speaker system just a little low volume for a big living room but great for a master bathroom

Good sound quality easy it install ,easy to use. But the app to hook up the Alexa is a little wonky .

Great sound, and I love the built-in Amazon Alexa. There are some Alexa features that it cannot do though.
