Very nice soundbar and subwoofer

Sounds good but not like my previous one, but this has more features that I haven't figured out. Also conflicts with my other Alexa. I need to read the instructions to get this to be like the one in the store. Store one sounds great.

Great sound, could do without Alexa

The Alexa functionality was good at first but seems not to be as smooth as a stand-alone echo dot or fire stick. Worth it for the audio.

Crisp Sound

Not Happy With It, But Sounds Good

The issues I have is Alexa goes off randomly when watching TV and the Polk app is terrible. You can't disable Alexa at all. You can only mute the mic. It sometimes stops working completely and I have to unplug it for a bit, and then power it back on. I do this a few times a month. This would have been a better product if they just focused on it providing the sound, and not so much the smart features.
