Have to set up repeatedly

Every few weeks the whole thing just stops working and can't access the internet. It also frequently just freezes up and won't respond to any voice or remote commands. The sound quality is really good, so it's unfortunate that it's not worth the trouble to try and use.

I had to dismantle Alexa (got a separate unit in adjacent room and the Polk kept talking to me when I fired the REAL Alexa up.) The bluetooth disconnects too frequently for my taste. Finally - The sound quality doesn't cut it. The internal speakers on the TV are just about as good. I should've gone with a separate WIRED audio system.

I love this soundbar

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i think this thing is fantastic. i had to tweet the company to figure out how to make alexa not exist but the soundbar is fantastic. i like it as much as my sonos beam that was more expensive. the app was crap so i didn't use it after the first day, but maybe polk has improved it. i would definitely buy another polk product after this experience.

Difficult to set up
