The sound is ok but if the power goes out , you have to completely redo alexa and alexa a lot of times on this doesnt here you

An increasing number of programs we watch are virtually impossible to enjoy, using the TV’s built-in speaker or the cheap soundbar we used to have. This one came highly recommended for voice clarity and we were not disappointed. We watched an episode of Medici and understood every word.

I like this product but using it with WiFi is little on and off. You have to keep re do the WiFi set up when it’s unconnected.

Quality sound, but I had to call my internet provider to have the signal split for it to operate it correctly.

this sounds bar was the first one I've ever bought. I usually get a simple stereo system, but gave the polk a try and I loved it. the bass is amazing with music and movies. the remote has an adjustable set for movies, action, and music too. I would really go for this brand again.

I love the product but as for the Alexa part it doesn't stay connected to the internet and is not compaditable with my tv why wouldn't you say this when I purchased the product I have the polo speakers on my home sound system really love the quality. I think u need to do more research on how it works

This product is great for a bedroom. If you really want to feel your movie like the theater I would not go with this particular sound bar.

this package has awesome sound. However I do not use the alexa feature and it would randomly ask you to set it up when watching a movie or listing to music. plus it would randomly turn on wile watching tv and would create an echo sound between the sound bar ant tv speakers. there is no uses manual and have to look up everything on line. ultimately I returned it to the store and got a Vizio unit that was much simpler to use

Positives: sounds great, Alexa, Polk name/reputation Negatives: Had trouble seamlessly integrating with my new Samsung QLED TV. Could not reliably get the remote to control the soundbar. Also, Alexa has trouble responding to voice commands from across the room. People will not normally be sitting right next to a soundbar. Ultimately, I returned this soundbar and exchanged for a Samsung N650 which integrates perfectly with my Samsung TV

I got this system for my tv and to integrate with my other Alexa devices. While the sound is good, you cannot listen to Apple Music on it. I had to set up a whole different music group that doesn’t include this sound bar. Which is a bummer. I might have to return this and get a different brand that supports Apple Music.

this was a gift . I have visited and heard this soundbar and it is verry good. My daughter and son in law love it

I love my soundbar so much it sounds so good. I love my soundbar ALOT. I love that it has alexa on it.

This sound bar quality is awesome. We were having a problem with Alexa though so we had to return it which is the reason for 4 stars.

Works very well with amazon fire TV. Good sound system for the price. Makes a real difference in just listening to tv speakers.

I can now watch Hulu, Netflix, etc with only the sound--no subtitles needed! I wear hearing aids, but the TV audio is hopeless.

This is my first time buying a sound bar and it is awesome! I have a hard time hearing what people are saying on tv. It seems like the background noise drowns it out. With this sound bar you can adjust the volume in the voice.

I like TGs soyndbar however it does have troubles and often disconnect from WiFi and my new Samsung tv so that gets frustrating
