Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift and he was soooo HAPPY! This has been one of his favorite brand and was thrilled when he found such a great deal at Best Buy so I had to sneak around and get it for him!

It a cool system for the price, and it load in her home. We were both very satisfied with the product!

This is one of the best sound bars I ever owned. Only one problem I had was setting it up to my WiFi and Amazon. Do yourself a favor. When you get ready to set it up. Call Polk and have them walk you through it. Highly recommend.

Setup was a difficult task but the output and overall performance is great.

Really good quality, love how it has an app that you can play Spotify straight to the sound bar. Great Bass.

Works great most of the time. Once in a while I have to reset it for it to work with Alexa.

It was a gift and my parents have had some difficulty with the performance especially the Alexa feature.

Great bass and clean crisp sounds plus voice is clear to hear but Alexa doesn't play Spotify after it says ok playing now and when I do get it to play sometimes it doesn't stop when I tell it to, I have to use my phone to stop the music besides Alexa technical difficulties the sound is great and a huge difference from the basic competitors

We got this 3 weeks ago and were impressed how fast and easy set up was. That's about were it stopped. After the first week we started having problems with Alexsa. We had to reset her to the internet twice. No big deal at the time thinking it was just a small bug. This past week we had to reset her every day. Now the past 2 days it has been several times throughout the day. We have done the reset button and it's just worse. She doesnt even respond to voice commands. This is the worse piece of crap( that's being nice) I have ever bought. I thought it would be amazing even with not knowing the brand. I figured Amazon would not attach their brand to a piece of crap and have their name dragged threw the mud. This thing is going back and replaced with a better name brand.

If your looking for good surround system this is not the best the subwoofer puts out little bass

Have no clue why Alexa is saying at times not connected to internet.

Set up was extremely easy. Sound was ok. I’m used to a complete SS.

Amazing sound for this price point. Kicking bass! Mobile Setup can be a bit a little tricky though.

While watching movies and music shakes my walls when I want it too and night mode is great for when kids are sleeping , don’t use it much for Alexa , I have many other devices with Alexa built in, thank you Polk

Bass is a little weak, but love it’s wireless. Like having the echo dot included, worth the money.

Great sound, but too large for the TV stand. I had to return for a smaller unit.

I've never owned a soundbar and I have no idea why I waited so long. Its sleek looking, nice to have alexa in the livingroom, and the voice amplification makes the voices much clearer. Money well spent.
