Constantly Disconnects from Internet

I’m constantly getting an Alexa message telling me I have no internet connection. You have to go through the setup process every time. Sound bar has great audio performance but the integrated Alexa dot is kind of a useless annoyance

Great Sound For Apartment

Much more punch and sound. Alexa voice assistant has worked with no issues. Well worth the price for a 2.1 system.

Connection issues with Alexa

This connection set up takes a little time to do successful and took me several attempts to complete. Also, once this connection is set up it does not always stay that way and you have to go through the connection process again.

I love my Polk Soundbar!

Absolutely no problems or issues. Performs better than most other higher end systems that I listened to in comparison. Super happy with this purchase.

Hearing Popping Noises

I’m sure there’s a setting I need to set but haven’t found it yet. Sounded better at the store .. not so great at home.

Best Purchase Ever

Does the job

Great sounding system

Decent soundbar

Pass on it

The only positive was that it had Alexa built into it, so we were able to adjust volume by voice. We ended up returning it and buying a mini Polk Surround sound which I recommend !

like a big echo

An improvement over TV speakers but there are much better soundbars out there. I got it because it works with Alexa which it does well but Bose, Yamaha and Sonos have better bar that do the same
