BOUGHT FOR A SPEAKER IN A AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. ALEXA IS GREAT. BASS AND THE LOUDNESS OF THE SOUND BAR IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

My recommendation is to not buy this model and move on to another, more quality product from a different manufacturer. The product worked great for the first few months but the HDMI ports and USB port on the back has stopped working. No big deal since I have the one year warranty, right? Wrong! I have emailed Polk Customer service and have attempted to call them more than a dozen times. Here’s the issue; you call, pick the command bar option, wait on hold(an hour or so), somebody answers and says they have to transfer you to the “command bar department”, wait on hold again (an hour or so) and then get disconnected. Has happened to me 3 times already. I finally got in contact with somebody but I was not at the home to “troubleshoot” the sound bar so needed to call back. Their customer service is from 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday.... which are my working hours. I need to take a day off to play the customer service roulette game! Skip it, move on and don’t bother. I’ll change my review if it gets fixed but nothing indicates that it will.

It connects to all our other Alexas and we can control it from the tv. The surround sound effect is great!

Sound quality is pretty good, but the Alexa option is awful, never stays connected, always having problems, doesn’t respond to commands, beyond frustrating

The wifi connection on this sound bar drops almost daily requiring that i begin the process of setting up the sound bar as if new every one to two days. I have very strong and consistent Wifi in my home and do not have this issue with any of my smart hime devices. This is Very Annoying. My return window has closed! I would not recommend!!!

this sound bar is the best so far. i been enjoying this since almost every single day.

Switched to this one from a Vizio. Gets very loud and is crystal clear. Set up was a bit of a pain but worth it

Set this up in the bed room. WiFi sub woofer laying on it's side under the head portion of the bed. Perfect for binge watching.

Command Sound Bar great for rooms! Don't expect movie theatre power in home theatre.

The soundbar is fine but being controlled through Alexa has its downsides, Alexa does not always work, when this happens there is not a way to turn off the audio, your only option is to mute it.

Bought this in Black Friday and it totally changed my movie experience! Worth it!
