Great concept, Poor Execution

I am an alexa junkee and have soundbjn every nook and cranny of the house and yard. This was to hit 2 main segments of the home with 2 units. I worked for days to get to connect to Alexa Everywhere network I have all other devices set up within. It would not find these two soundbars. When contacting Polk, they shared it was likely an Alexa issue, but also shared that it was more than likely because I have dual channel WiFi. This caused the issue and means that my standard devices could not find the Polk devices. Needless to say, I boxed right up and returned. I stuck with Polk, but added an Echo Input to my new devices. It would have been great if they could figure this out, but the promise of embedded Echo was just not the case. I would not have had these troubles if this was the case.
